How to Reset Your Password
Follow the steps below to recover your account safely.
Quick Reset Flow
Use the same email address you used when creating your account. After resetting your password, return to the login page and sign in normally.

Type the email address linked to your account.

Submit the form to request a password reset email.
Step 4
Open your email inbox and click the reset link.
Step 5
Create a new password and sign in again.

Go to the login page
Open the login screen where you usually sign in to your account.

Click "Forgot password?"
Select the forgot-password option under the login form to open the reset popup.

Enter your account email
Use the same email address that was used during registration or your last successful login.

Check your inbox
Look for the password reset email. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder as well.

Open the reset link
Click the link inside the email to open the password reset form.

Set a new password
Choose a new password, save it, then return to the login page and sign in with the new password.
Note: If you still do not receive the reset email, confirm the email address is correct,
retry the request once, and check your spam folder before trying again.
